The subject line will read something like: ‘Al Qaeda cannibals release video of Duke cheerleader kidnapping’ or ‘Chinese missles nuke Russian Army units’.

Why isn’t the answer to this question obvious? How about an article, “Texting while driving: Why isn’t a crime yet?”
